With the annual high school Army All-American Bowl and Under Armour All-American Game kicking off soon, Bleacher Report delves into Texas A&M's commitments and targets competing in the top-flight high school matchups.

Ranging from the nation's top quarterback prospect to multiple defenders from cornerback to linebacker, the Aggies continue to own not only one of the nation's top classes, but also one of its more diverse groups. They currently rank fifth nationally amongst all programs.

Kyle Allen, 5-Star QB

As the nation's top quarterback prospect as well as the No. 1 recruit out of Arizona, Kyle Allen surprised many by committing early to Texas A&M. However, with current starter Johnny Manziel teetering on the edge of joining the professional ranks, Allen looks to be in immediate competition to take over the Aggie offense.

Allen has started for his high school since his sophomore season and also was invited to Nike's 'The Opening' this past offseason.

Myles Garrett, 5-Star DE

Garrett joined Texas A&M's commitment list recently, and his addition will bolster a depleted A&M defensive line right off the bat. Since he is ranked as the top defensive end nationally and the second overall prospect out of Texas, Garrett's enrollment will mark yet another victory for A&M on the recruiting trail.

Speedy Noil, 5-Star WR

Under Armour All-American Game Jan. 2

As the top wide receiver prospect nationally and the third overall recruit out of Louisiana, Noil has played a key battle between perennial SEC West powers Texas A&M and LSU as of late. The wideout announced he will make his decision between the two programs during his All-American game performance.

Edwin Freeman, 4-Star OLB

Similar to Noil, Freeman represents another crucial recruiting battle for the Aggies, as the No. 9 ranked outside linebacker is currently torn between A&M and long-time rival Texas. With a strong portion of the A&M secondary moving on within the next two seasons and his experience at safety, Freeman would be a valuable addition for the struggling defensive unit.

Nick Harvey, 4-Star CB

    Committed to Texas A&M

    Army All-American Bowl Jan. 4

Hailing from Richmond, Texas, Harvey represents a long-standing commitment to A&M and another important prospect for the A&M defense. Stepping into the All-American Bowl as the No. 7 overall cornerback and 8th best athlete out of Texas, Harvey remains a valuable asset for the Aggies going forward.

Dylan Sumner-Gardner, 4-Star S

    Committed to Texas A&M

Under Armour All-American Game Jan. 2

As one of A&M's two commitments at the Under Armour All-American Game, Sumner-Gardner looks to create an immediate impact at safety for the Aggies. As the seventh-ranked safety nationally, Sumner-Gardner will mark a key victory for the Aggies at the position.

Frank Iheanacho, 4-Star WR

    Uncommitted

    Army All-American Bowl Jan. 4

Coming out of Houston, Texas, Iheanacho is heavily favored to select A&M once it is all said and done, but he is currently exploring his options. The top-flight wideout currently ranks No. 11 overall at his position and 13th statewide amongst all positions, making his commitment highly sought after by powers from around the country.

Kenny Young, 4-Star LB

    Uncommitted

    Army All-American Bowl Jan. 4

Young steps into the Army All-American Bowl as one of the nation's top linebackers, ranking No. 9 at inside linebacker and the 13th overall prospect out of Louisiana. Currently, the stud linebacker is receiving pressure to select in-state power LSU, but A&M remains a dark-horse contender for the prospect.

Casey Tucker, 4-Star OT

10 of 10

    247sports.com

    Uncommitted

Under Armour All-American Game Jan. 2

Hailing from Arizona, Tucker stands as one of A&M's few offensive line targets and currently ranks as the No. 7 overall tackle nationally, not to mention the second-ranked player from the state. Tucker's addition would continue to improve the ever-reliable A&M offensive line unit, led recently by All-Americans Luke Joeckel and Jake Matthews.
