Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears: Live Score, Highlights and Analysis

Matt Stein@MatthewJSteinCorrespondent IIDecember 29, 2013

The Green Bay Packers have just defeated the Chicago Bears to take the NFC North crown.

It came down to the final play, but quarterback Jay Cutler threw an interception in the end zone to cornerback Sam Shields. That came after a long touchdown pass from quarterback Aaron Rodgers to wide receiver Randall Cobb with less than a minute remaining in the game.

This was easily one of the most exciting games of the 2013 NFL season. The Packers will now go on to the playoffs while the Bears will sit at home for the rest of the winter.

Final Score: Packers 33, Bears 28
