Charlie Haeger (the knuckle baller) pitched a four-hit complete game. It was his second complete game of the season.

Haeger threw 124 pitches 76 for strikes. When he gets that knuckle ball right, he can do some damage. He had me sweating it out in the ninth when he walked two batters with two outs, but he got the job done.

Charlie is now 6-3 on the season. It was also a big day for Danny Ardoin who was three for three with three RBI. With the win today and a loss by Round Rock, the Isotopes increase their lead in the PCL American South to 3.5 over Round Rock.

The Isotopes head to New Orleans to play the Zephyrs tomorrow at 6:00 pm.
