Trailing by two points with 7.7 seconds remaining against the Portland Trail Blazers, Dwyane Wade drove the right side of the floor and dished a miraculous behind-the-back pass to Chris Bosh

The big man nailed a deep three-pointer with 0.5 seconds left to give the Miami Heat a 108-107 victory on Saturday night. 

Bosh finished with a game-high 37 points along with 10 rebounds on 15-of-26 shooting on a night when LeBron James sat out due to groin and ankle injuries.
