Giants Rookie Cooper Taylor Looks to Rent out New York Apartment for Super Bowl

The New York Giants have been eliminated from NFL playoff contention, and that's an understatement. The team is 6-9 with its final game against the Washington Redskins coming this Sunday, Dec. 29, at 1 p.m. ET at home.

Giants rookie safety Cooper Taylor has no intention of staying in town to watch the 2014 Super Bowl at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.; instead, he's looking to make a little cash from his apartment and get out of town.

"We thought it would be the best time to get out of the city and go on vacation because that week will be a madhouse," Taylor said, per Jennifer Gould Keil and Selim Algar of the New York Post. "I am definitely disappointed that we are not playing in it. It would make it a lot more fun."
