The Houston Rockets (19-11) were able to run the San Antonio Spurs (22-7) out of their own gym, winning by a final score of 111-98 on Christmas Day.

The Rockets got off to a hot start behind Chandler Parsons (who finished with 21 points) and when the Spurs got close in the fourth, James Harden closed things out.

Harden scored 16 of his 28 points in the final frame and cut off any momentum with which San Antonio was working.

Dwight Howard finished with 20 rebounds and 15 points. Terrence Jones went off for 21 points and 14 rebounds. And Jeremy Lin pitched in 13 points and eight assists.

It was a complete effort from Houston's starting unit.

The Spurs were led by Manu Ginobili's 22 off the bench. Tim Duncan had 11 and Kawhi Leonard scored 13.
