Charles had 13 carries for 106 rushing yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Colts. He also added five catches on six targets for 38 receiving yards.
Charles broke a 31-yard run to the end zone for the game’s first score. After that, Indianapolis did as well as any defense this season at containing the explosive Chiefs’ running back. Trailing only LeSean McCoy for the league’s rushing title, Charles has the most fantasy points of any running back this season. With more than 60 catches, his versatility makes him one of the elite players in the game, belonging in the conversation for MVP with the likes of Peyton Manning.
