Rainer Sabin of The Dallas Morning News provides a statement from executive vice president Stephen Jones discussing Tony Romo's recovery:

“By the time everything rolls around to OTAs and everything, I think he’ll be participating in it,” Jones said at the NFL scouting combine. “Now, he won’t just be crazy about it. We’re not trying to win the Super Bowl with OTAs. But I think he’s on target and feels good. Our trainers and doctors feel good. I think he’ll be fine.”

“Hopefully, back surgeries on Cowboys quarterbacks lead to Super Bowls.”
