New York Jets coach Rex Ryan had yet another classic moment on the sidelines against the Cleveland Browns in Week 16.

Quarterback Geno Smith scrambled for seven yards before going out of bounds near the end of the first half. Cleveland's Tashaun Gipson appeared to make slight contact with the quarterback, which led to Smith going down.

Flop or no flop?

Ryan blew up on a ref, wanting a flag for a late hit, and he got one—from a different ref.

The Jets got 15 yards from the penalty, allowing them to kick an easy field goal to tie the game at 10 heading into halftime.
