A GoPro helmet camera was worn by AHL referee David Banfield in a game between the Rockford IceHogs and the Charlotte Checkers on Dec. 7. His first-person perspective makes for a cool experience, giving fans an awesome look at the action from down on the ice.

Banfield wore the camera on Teddy Bear Toss night, which adds another element to the video.

Hat tip to Bob's Blitz for the find.
