Chris Weidman and Anderson Silva will clash again at UFC 168 on Saturday.
During their first meeting in July, Weidman ended Silva's long middleweight title reign with a left hook to the chin. Now, "The Spider" will try to reclaim his spot atop the 185-pound mountain, which was a spot he held for nearly seven years.
The second bout between Weidman and Silva isn't the only massive rematch to be taking place at UFC 168. Elite female bantamweights Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate will also meet again in Las Vegas over the weekend.
In March 2012, Rousey armbarred Tate to become the Strikeforce women's 135-pound champion. Since then, Rousey has become the face of women's MMA and will look to defend her UFC championship for a second time on Saturday.
Tate didn't so much earn her rematch with Rousey as much as she was handed it due to her rivalry with the women's bantamweight titleholder. Coming off of a loss to Cat Zingano, Tate was booked to meet Rousey again only after Zingano suffered a knee injury.
In addition to the two title fights, UFC 168 will feature a heavyweight bout between Josh Barnett and Travis Browne, a lightweight matchup between Jim Miller and Fabricio Camoes as well as a featherweight meeting between Dustin Poirier and Diego Brandao.
