The tension could be cut with a knife. Tim Clark, the guy on the Tour, who had never won a tournament on the PGA Tour had a 12 foot birdie putt to win on the 18th hole. Clark makes the putt and he wins his first PGA Tournament. But Clark couldn't make the putt and he, Steve Marino, and Steve Stricker went on to the 17th hole for a playoff as Clark walked to the 17th tee with his hat over his eyes. Steve Stricker, who stated they he wouldn't shave until he won again on the tour hit a fantastic shot on the 17th hole and sinked his birdie putt to win the Colonial. Clark had a great iron shot on the 17th that hit the flag and bounced about 20 feet from the hole. Clark, who had made some great putts just couldn't sink this one and Stricker pulled out the win. I guess Tim Clark will have to wait to get that first PGA Tour win and believe me, his day is coming. Bleacher Report will have more PGA Tour coverage next week at The Memorial Tournament. Stay tuned!!
