Shane Vereen: Week 16 Fantasy Outlook

Bleacher Report AdministratorSenior Analyst IIDecember 18, 2013

Vereen -- who had been perhaps New England's most dynamic weapon since returning -- got totally shut down by the Dolphins last week, while Danny Amendola and Julian Edelman went off for huge days seeing all the targets that Vereen normally does. He managed just 21 total yards after racking up 162 the prior week against Cleveland.
Vereen was targeted just seven times last week, but things figure to balance out more between him, Amendola, and Edelman going forward, meaning double-digit looks all around. Those who survived last week's disaster game shouldn't be afraid to roll Vereen out again this week.
