Frank Gore: Recapping Gore's Week 15 Fantasy Performance

Bleacher Report AdministratorSenior Analyst IIDecember 16, 2013

Gore carried the ball 22 times for 86 yards during the 49ers' win over the Buccaneers on Sunday. He now has 1,017 rushing yards on the season, giving him seven 1,000-yard seasons in his nine-year career.
Though he failed to find the end zone for the second week in a row, the 22 carries were the most he's seen since Week 7 and the 86 yards marked his fourth-highest single-game total of the season. He limped off the field for a moment, alluding to a potential recurrence of his ankle injury, but he was back on the field shortly thereafter. So long as the 49ers have something to play for next Monday, Gore will make an excellent start next week.
