Denver Broncos (11-2) vs. San Diego Chargers (6-7)

The Denver Broncos have been an offensive juggernaut all season and will get the win on Thursday Night Football, but the team must earn it against the AFC West division foe San Diego Chargers.

This is the second meeting of the season between these franchises. If the first matchup was any indication of what fans should expect in Week 15, the Broncos should be able to pull out another 28-10 victory.

San Diego has been better defensively, allowing only 24 points combined over the last two weeks, and even managed to hold Denver to 84 yards on the ground in Week 10. Too bad Peyton Manning threw for 330 yards and four touchdowns the last time the teams met.

The Broncos defense hasn’t looked impervious over the last two weeks after allowing 28 points to both Kansas City and Tennessee, but the familiarity with the Chargers’ offensive sets and personnel will give Denver the overall edge.

The final score will be close, but there is no doubt that the Broncos will win this game.

Predicted Final Score: Denver 30, San Diego 24

Baltimore Raves (7-6) vs. Detroit Lions (7-6)

The Monday Night Football matchup in Week 15 is one of the most intriguing of the year due to the fact that it’s hard to tell whether the Baltimore Ravens and the Detroit Lions are playoff contenders or pretenders.

Baltimore will prove that it is the better team by pulling out a close win.

The Ravens have pulled out three straight victories coming into this matchup and look more and more like the defending Super Bowl champions with each passing week. The improvements shown on defense and the consistency the team is beginning to find on the ground are welcomed changes, and they will help lead the franchise to a big win over Detroit.

The Lions have lost three of their last four games, including a bitter battle against the Philadelphia Eagles last week in the snow. If the team’s not 100 percent confident in the game plan after last Sunday’s poor showing, Baltimore will run away with this win.

Predicted Final Score: Baltimore 24, Detroit 17

New England Patriots (10-3) vs. Miami Dolphins (7-6)

The New England Patriots may have lost tight end Rob Gronkowski for the season last week, but the team overcame the odds and won the game. When the chips are down, there are few teams that can rise to the occasion better than New England.

As well as the Miami Dolphins have played on the team’s two-game winning streak, the Patriots have too much talent and experience to lose the AFC East divisional battle. Gronk’s injury takes away Tom Brady’s favorite target, but the emergence of running back Shane Vereen as a viable weapon in the passing attack adds a unique dynamic to the offense.

Although Miami boasts a talented defense that has stiffened up over the course of the season, the team hasn’t seen a player like Vereen. With 17 receptions in the last two games for 190 yards and a touchdown—as well as another rushing touchdown—he will be a matchup nightmare for the Dolphins’ linebackers.

New England’s defense will stifle an offense that is dealing with injuries of its own, and Miami will not be able to capitalize on the Patriots’ lack of offensive depth. This will be a hard-fought game, but the Dolphins will find a way to lose late.

Predicted Final Score: New England 27, Miami 20
