Rules are rules, but sometimes we need to be reasonable—as was the case when Didier Drogba revealed a tribute to the late Nelson Mandela on Friday night.
The Drog was celebrating with his Galatasaray teammates, when he paraded a T-shirt on which the words, "Thank you Madiba," were written.
Most would agree that was not a statement to incite. The best part is that Drogba said afterwards he would "do it again and again," as per the Evening Standard.
Yes, I see the reason for the rule. But in this case, let's let it slide.
