Marca has an update on the allegations against Barcelona president Sandro Rosell:

The Prosecutor's Office at the Spanish High Court has asked Judge Pablo Ruz to subpoena the documentation concerning Neymar's contract, so as to help rule on the validity of the embezzlement accusation submitted by Barcelona member Jordi Cases against club president Sandro Rosell.

Prosecutor José Perals has also demanded the release of the Barcelona Board of Directors' Financial Reports for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013. This request is laid out in a report filed by Perals, which also makes it clear that the High Court has the jurisdiction to investigate the allegations, since the alleged offence was perpetrated by a Spanish citizen overseas.

The documentation in question is considered essential to making a decision as to whether to pursue the issue.
