David Moyes has taken responsibility for Manchester United’s poor start to the season, and in order to get back to winning ways, he may spend big in the January transfer window.
With the Red Devils sitting ninth in the Premier League, and having lost back-to-back games at Old Trafford in the first week of December, the 50-year-old may be tempted to set out overhauling the squad left to him by Sir Alex Ferguson.
The following slides will examine several of the players United are being linked with, and this page will be updated regularly throughout the week. So check back often to see who may be arriving at Old Trafford next month.

Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez could be used as bait in attempt to lure a midfielder to Old Trafford during the January transfer window, according to the Telegraph’s Mark Ogden.
Hernandez, 25, has started just three Premier League matches for the Red Devils under new manager David Moyes, and is reportedly a transfer target of Inter Milan.
The Nerazzurri, for their part, would be willing to part with Fredy Guarin in order to secure the Mexico international’s services.
Everton Ribeiro has said “it would be great” to complete a move to Manchester United during the January transfer window.
“I feel I am ready to play in any part of the world,” the 24-year-old told ESPN Brasil on Tuesday (via Daily Mail).
Manchester United are reportedly preparing a double-swoop on Swiss giants Basel.
Jack Wilson of the Daily Star has revealed the Red Devils could spend £30 million on Fabian Schar and Mohamed Salah next month in a bid to strengthen both their defense and attack.
Schar, 21, is a highly rated central defender who has been capped five times for his country. Salah, also 21, has scored 17 goals in 26 matches for Egypt.
He also bagged goals in both Champions League group stage matches against Chelsea earlier this season.
This isn’t the first time Manchester United have been linked to Wesley Sneijder, and with the Dutchman having recently fired his agent, it may be a good time for Red Devils boss David Moyes to make his approach.
According to Jamie Jackson of The Guardian, Sneijder is re-evaluating his future at Turkish giants Galatasaray, and would consider a move that would boost his wages beyond the €5 million per season he currently earns in Istanbul.
The 29-year-old Netherlands international has a release clause of around £13 million.
Alex Song has remained on the periphery of the Barcelona squad since joining the Catalan outfit from Arsenal in 2012, and could be on the move in January.
According to Nick Lustig of the Daily Star, Song could be sold at a cut-rate £10 million next month, and it’s thought that Manchester United's boss is keenly interested in the midfield hard man. Song was acquired by La Blaugrana for £15 million.
The Cameroon international’s former side, Arsenal, are also reportedly considering an approach for the 26-year-old with Mikel Arteta getting on in years.
