Final Score: Oklahoma City Thunder 118, Indiana Pacers 94
Well that turned out to be anticlimactic, don't you think?
The Oklahoma City Thunder (15-4) improve to 10-0 on the season at Chesapeake Energy Arena with a convincing victory over the Indiana Pacers (18-3) on Sunday night.
Kevin Durant led all scorers with a double-double of 36 points and 10 rebounds. He also chipped in five assists.
Teammate Russell Westbrook also put forth a strong performance, securing a double-double of his own with 26 points and 13 assists.
Going up against one of the best defensive teams in the NBA didn't phase the Thunder at all as they shot a scorching 61.0 percent from the field.
Paul George was one of the few bright spots for Indiana on this night, scoring 32 (18 of which came in the third quarter) points and grabbing five rebounds.
The Pacers struggled in a major way to grab rebounds against Oklahoma City, losing the battle on the glass 46-29.
Ball movement was also an issue for Indiana, as they had the same amount of assists (13) as they did turnovers. That's not exactly a recipe for success.
