Manchester United manager David Moyes is looking to move Ashley Young and Anderson in January to free up funds for new faces at the club, reports David McDonnell of Mirror Football.

According to the report, the pair are deemed surplus to requirements at United, and Moyes will look to move them on in a permanent deal but will consider a loan arrangement if that is the only option in January.

Young has not started a Premier League match since the derby defeat at Manchester City on Sept. 22.

Moyes has also been linked with a move for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan in the January transfer window, claims McDonnell.
