Lamar Miller: Week 14 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor December 4, 2013

Miller saw a season-high 22 carries in Miami's Week 13 win over the Jets, but was only able to rush for 3.3 yards per carry, leaving him with a modest total of 72 yards and no touchdowns. He's not likely to see as many touches against Pittsburgh this week, but the Steelers' pass defense hasn't been up to its usual standards this year. They're allowing 115.1 yards per game and have given up 13 touchdowns on the ground.
Miller had totaled all of 27 rush yards in the three games before last week, and with the way the Dolphins tend to abandon the run when they fall behind, he's not a high-end option against the Steelers. If you can risk a disaster game... well, he's a starting running back, such as it is.
