Geno Smith: Week 14 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor December 4, 2013

Despite struggling and being pulled again, Smith will make the start in Week 14 against the Raiders. Since posting seven passing scores (and eight interceptions) in his first five games, Smith has thrown just one touchdown against 11 interceptions in the last seven weeks.
Needless to say, your fantasy lineup will be better served without him. Geno managed to throw for 29 yards on 10 pass attempts before being yanked last week, setting a gold standard for futility from the quarterback position. Oakland doesn't have a great defense, but the Jets' offense is completely dysfunctional right now. If he doesn't turn things around this week, it wouldn't be surprising to see Smith get benched for the remainder of the season.
