Roy Helu: Week 14 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor December 3, 2013

With Leonard Hankerson and Jordan Reed injured, the Redskins may have no choice but to turn to Helu as a legitimate pass-catching option. Santana Moss and Josh Morgan had just one catch apiece in Sunday's loss to the Giants, while Helu had four catches for 34 yards out of the backfield.
Helu's strength has always been his receiving skills, and the Redskins are short on talent due to injury. Moss is on the wrong side of 30 and Morgan is a journeyman, leaving Helu as the possible No. 2 wide receiver despite being listed as a running back. In PPR leagues, he should be rostered. However, it would be best to sit him against the Chiefs on Sunday.
