Robert Griffin: Week 14 Fantasy Outlook

Griffin's motto this year should be that he takes a licking, but keeps on ticking. RG3 has been battered, bruised and underwhelming as a fantasy option in 2013. However, he did run for a season-high 88 yards Sunday night against the Giants. Griffin carried the ball 12 times, including several times on designed runs.
What made RG3 so dynamic last season was his ability make teams hesitate as a result of the read-option. Teams had to respect his wheels, which would also open things up deep in the passing game. There have been glimpses of last season's success, but they have been few and far between. Griffin is still not as explosive as he was last season, but Sunday was a step in the right direction. Unfortunately, that progress could come to a screeching halt against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Griffin is an extremely risky play against the ferocious Kansas City defensive front.
