How Good Is Dale Earnhardt Jr.?

Now that Tony Eury Jr. is gone from the Rick Hendrick family of superstars, how will Dale Earnhardt Jr. make out?

This and other questions, and all things Earnhardt will be answered, as NASCAR turns.

I am not an Earnhardt Jr. fan, when he is in the car, and they are racing. I am a Tony Stewart fan, but not at the expense of the other fine people, and great teams that exist in Sprint Cup.

When the race is over, and the drivers are out of their cars, I'm an Earnhardt Jr. fan! I think he is a very sincere, decent hearted individual.

He is constantly being second guessed and scrutinized, no matter how well or how poorly he performs on the race track.

I also honestly believe that frequently his fans are his toughest critics, which I think is patently unfair!

He is human just like the rest of us. He deserves respect and dignity, because as I see it, he gives out both, in healthy doses. Good luck with your new crew chief Earnhardt, and if things DON'T get better, life goes on!
