Talk is rife in France that moneybags Paris Saint-Germain are set to make a move for the all-action French midfielder, who might end up being the subject of a bid that Juventus could find too hard to turn down.
Speculation over the future of the 20-year-old has increased following PSG boss Laurent Blanc's admission in a press conference, as reported by Goal.com, that his side "may perhaps add another element in midfield" this winter.
Should Paul Pogba move back to his homeland and join PSG?
Blanc also went on to claim that he is happy with his current squad the way it is, but that hasn't stopped the rumour mill heading into overdrive concerning a move for a player who has blossomed in Serie A following his move to Turin from United in the summer of 2012.
A switch back to his homeland might be too tempting for Pogba to turn down though.
Ahead of a World Cup in which he is tipped by many to be France's leading light, a switch to the Ligue 1 giants that are unbeaten in 26 games and four points clear at the top of the table could provide huge appeal.
