The inaugural Ditka Dash 5K took place over the weekend, and participants received accessories so that they could look like former Chicago Bears coach Mike Ditka.

Those who signed up for the race received a shirt, a mustache and sunglasses to match the Hall of Famer.

Although the race didn't go through Soldier Field, it started and finished near the stadium. There were five different waves of 2,000 people, so it was quite the event. More information can be found on the Ditka Dash Facebook page.
