Weeden was diagnosed with a concussion following Sunday’s loss to the Jaguars. Strangely, the report of the injury came after the game, as he lasted the duration, completing 24-of-40 passes for 370 yards, with three touchdowns and two interceptions. He also added five rushing yards on two carries, but fumbled twice, losing one of them.
Weeden connected with Josh Gordon 10 times for 261 yards and two touchdowns, torching the Jacksonville defense. The final score came on a 95-yarder with less than four minutes remaining. Unfortunately for the Browns, the defense could not make that play stand up. Weeden’s availability for Week 14 remains in question.
