Frank Gore: Recapping Gore's Week 13 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor December 2, 2013

Gore carried the ball 15 times for 42 yards and a touchdown during the 49ers' 23-13 win over the Rams on Sunday. It was the first time he reached the end zone since coming back from the team's Week 9 bye.
Gore has seen a significant reduction in his workload over his last four games as the 49ers want to keep him fresh for their expected playoff run. While fantasy owners are understandably concerned, Gore should still be able to find plenty of running room as the improving passing game will force defenses to focus less on stopping the run and ultimately open up more running room for him in the end.
