After weeks of fantasy obscurity, Cook is finally back on the fantasy radar of many and is looking more and more relevant in leagues of 12 teams or fewer. He has two touchdowns in his last three games and his 80 receiving yards last week were the most he's accumulated since the season-opener.
Hoping to reach the end zone for the second week in a row, Cook squares off against the 49ers' seventh-ranked pass defense that allows an average of just 207 passing yards per game. San Francisco also ranks fourth in the league against the tight end and have allowed an average of just 34.2 receiving yards per game to the position this season.
