Real Madrid recovered from the sending off of Sergio Ramos to beat Galatasaray 4-1 and confirm their place as group winners.

Ramos was sent off midway through the first half, but it didn't prevent Madrid taking the lead through a free kick from Gareth Bale.

Umut Bulut did level things up before the break, but Los Blancos took control in the second half.

Alvaro Arbeloa, Angel di Maria and Isco all scored as Carlo Ancelotti's side wrapped up what proved a comfortable victory.

Galatasaray will now have to beat Juventus in the final group match if they want to progress to the knockout stages.
