Can Cooper prove his midseason run was not a fluke? With quarterback Nick Foles under center, Cooper has stormed his way to fantasy relevancy.
Cooper had a two-game span earlier in 2013 in which he caught eight passes for 241 yards and five touchdowns. Though it would be difficult to expect anything close to those numbers over any span for the remainder of the season, Cooper could remain a viable option in the high-powered Chip Kelly offense. He will face the Arizona Cardinals this weekend; while Arizona has a 7-3 record, they have been only average against the pass this season. As such, Cooper can be started as a WR3 or flex option.
