That is one subject somewhat lost amid all the celebration after the Patriots thrilling come-from-behind victory over Denver Sunday night. The running back fumbled on his fourth carry of the night against the Broncos and never returned to the field. It was Ridley's fourth lost fumble of the season, the most in the league, and the third straight game in which he has given up the ball. The third-year back is the Patriots best runner, but coach Bill Belichick has little patience for any player who cannot hold onto the ball.
