During the holidays, NBA players do whatever they can to give back to the community, and this includes New York Knicks All-Star Carmelo Anthony.

Last week, the Feed The Children relief organization partnered with Anthony and his foundation to provide food and essentials for 800 families in New York who are still affected by Hurricane Sandy. Since the storm hit the East Coast last year, Feed The Children has sent out nearly three million pounds of food to those in need.

In the video above, Bleacher Report's Jared Zwerling chatted with Anthony about his outreach initiative, as well as several young fans about Melo's impact on them and in their community.
