That's a wrap from FedEx Field, as the San Francisco 49ers were able to get back on track with a big showing over a plagued Washington football team, winning 27-6.
49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was finding his weapons in the air and running with confidence, which ultimately made the difference in Week 12. Granted, he was able to take advantage of a porous Washington secondary, but there were signs of progress offensively.
On defense, San Francisco continues show just how dangerous it is.
It all starts up in the front seven with Justin Smith, who is the nucleus, absorbing protection schemes, stopping the run and rushing the passer. Around him, linebackers Ahmad Brooks and Aldon Smith went off, breathing down RGIII's neck all night.
Overall, it was a strong performance by the 49ers, and just the kind they needed to get back on track with five must-wins remaining.
