Philip Rivers: Recapping Rivers's Week 12 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor November 25, 2013

Rivers completed 27-of-39 passes for 392 yards and three touchdowns Sunday against the Chiefs. He threw the game-winning touchdown pass to Seyi Ajirotutu with 24 seconds remaining to give San Diego a 41-38 win.
Rivers spread the ball around to eight different receivers, and other two scores went to tight end Ladarius Green and running back Danny Woodhead. His second 300-yard game in the month of November came at an opportune time, as the Chargers remain very much alive for the final AFC wild card spot. A Week 13 matchup against the Bengals is a daunting task, but Rivers is playing extremely well and might be worth the gamble.
