It was a great day to be a wide receiver for the Tennessee Titans, as two players had big games, including Kendall Wright.
The Titans won 23-19 over the Oakland Raiders, and Ryan Fitzpatrick found Wright often. The two connected six times for 103 yards and a touchdown, which is good enough for 16 fantasy points in ESPN's standard scoring leagues.
Before this game, Wright's numbers had been decent. He had caught 59 passes for 660 yards and a touchdown, but this was his first game with a score since Week 2 against the Houston Texans.
Besides the game against the Arizona Cardinals, the Titans will be going up against some weaker secondaries for the rest of the season. While Ryan Fitzpatrick isn't the most ideal quarterback, he should be able to find Wright open more frequently as the season begins to wind down.
Still, it's hard to rank Wright too high among other wide receivers. At this point, I like him solely as a flex play and maybe even as a low-end WR3 in deeper leagues. He has shown the ability to make big plays, but his lack of consistency makes it hard to trust him as fantasy playoffs get started in the next few weeks.
