After dragging down J.J. Redick by the head and neck while not making a play on the ball, Sacramento Kings forward Travis Outlaw will be paying the price—literally.

The NBA has fined the 11-year veteran $15,000 for his actions on November 23 against the Los Angeles Clippers, according to Jeff Caplan of NBA.com.

While Redick was going up for a layup, Outlaw came from behind and basically clotheslined him.

Since there was little to no attempt made on the ball, the ruling of a flagrant-2 foul was obvious and completely valid.
