The Trail Blazers looked flat, the Chicago Bulls looked inspired and Portland's longest winning streak in six years looked over Friday. But not so fast. After a first half in which the defensive-minded Bulls harassed Portland's free-flowing offense into a stagnant blob and led by as many as 21 points, the Blazers came roaring back with a scintillating third quarter, then held on for a 98-95 win at the Moda Center.
