Cristiano Ronaldo gets a serious welcome wherever he goes.

Take this week, for instance, when he was woken up in Sweden by a radio station, then mocked in an ill-advised voodoo doll Pepsi campaign.

Back in Spain, things are scarcely any less surreal.

On Saturday as Real Madrid prepared to face Almeria in La Liga, some fans paraded a series of his Real Madrid and Portugal shirts on what appears to be a washing line.

You might think it a bit odd, but Cristiano himself liked it enough to tweet a picture of it:

Heading back to the hotel with this great surprise. Thank you guys. pic.twitter.com/UZIbyr5QDf

Makes you wonder what he thought about the voodoo dolls, frankly.
