Dwight Howard Can Hit Free Throws When It Doesn't Matter

As it turns out, Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard can make free throws. He may not be very good at hitting them in games, but he was taped sinking one after another before a recent game.

Not many people bought that Howard was making more than 80 percent of his shots from the line in practice last season. After all, he is hitting only 54.4 percent of his free throws this season and only 57.6 percent for his career.

Here is proof that he can sink free throws during practice. Now the Rockets need him to do it during games, so he can burn teams that intentionally foul him late in games.

Thanks to @GregBowie for the video, and hat tip to The Starters for the find.
