Seattle Seahawks outspoken cornerback Richard Sherman was mic'd up for the NFL's "Sound FX" segment during the team's matchup against the Minnesota Vikings, and to the surprise of no one, Sherman was endlessly entertaining.

Highlights include telling Vikings wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson that he needs to lift more and Joe Webb that he's "sorry" and a "waste of his time."

Never change, Richard.
