Vereen made a triumphant return in Week 11 against Carolina, catching eight balls for 65 yards and carrying once for seven yards. With Stevan Ridley's grip on the No. 1 role loosening a bit thanks to his fumbling issues, Vereen has an opportunity to carve out an even greater role as he returns from a wrist injury.
Another week removed from the wrist and facing a Denver team that'll likely force the Pats to throw the ball, Vereen makes a very nice play this week, particularly in PPR leagues. While the preference would be to roll him as a flex option, it's hardly the worst thing in the world if you start him at RB2 in a PPR.
