Jordan Reed: Week 12 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor November 20, 2013

Reed may not be able to help fantasy owners this Monday against the San Francisco 49ers. The rookie out of the University of Florida suffered a concussion this past Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles, and is questionable moving forward.
Reed had been a pleasant surprise at tight end for fantasy owners, catching 45 balls for 499 yards and three touchdowns during his rookie campaign. He really seemed to take off in the four games prior to the injury, racking up 27 catches for 323 yards and two touchdowns over that span. Monitor his status as the game approaches, but Reed will be tough to plan for due to the contest being played on Monday. Logan Paulsen would see increased reps if Reed is not cleared, but it may be safer to pick up another tight end off waivers.
