RAW Review 11/19/13: Multiple Feuds, New Intercontinental Champ and More

John Cena and Alberto Del Rio will hopefully wrap up their one-dimensional saga this Sunday at Survivor Series. As hard as both have tried to make their rivalry seem legit, it is nothing more than a placeholder for John Cena until he gets to WrestleMania season.

Randy Orton and Big Show certainly doesn’t feel like a WrestleMania program with the WWE championship program quickly getting lost in the shuffle on the themed, go-home show for Survivor Series.

Orton’s unnecessary tension with The Authority will compromise him as a heel while adding confounding shades of grey to the WWE title picture. Expect a lukewarm crowd reaction to this showdown come Sunday.

Miz as a heel worked for him in 2011 when he parlayed that character all the way to a WrestleMania main event. And while a heel turn in 2013 seems promising, he will not see similar results given his entrenchment in the midcard.
