Shane Vereen: Recapping Vereen's Week 11 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor November 19, 2013

Vereen made his presence felt in his first game back from a broken hand Monday. Vereen led the Patriots in receiving in the 24-20 loss to the Carolina Panthers, hauling in six passes for 65 yards out of the backfield. He also rushed one time for seven yards.
Vereen thrives as the pass-catching back for the Pats, something Stevan Ridley and LeGarrette Blount do not excel at. In PPR formats, Vereen should make for an excellent play for the remainder of the season. Even if standard scoring leagues or deeper leagues, Vereen is worth a look at the flex position.
