Philip Rivers: Recapping Rivers's Week 11 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor November 18, 2013

Rivers completed 22-of-34 passes for 298 yards with a touchdown and interception in Sunday's 20-16 loss at Miami. He was also sacked three times by a strong Dolphin pass rush.
Rivers almost led San Diego back to a win in the closing seconds, but was again put in a tough predicament by his defense. Playing without No. 1 receiver Keenan Allen, who left the game with an apparent knee injury, Rivers faced too many obstacles to pull San Diego through Sunday. Moving forward, Rivers owners will need to monitor Allen's status, as he has been a large reason for the success of San Diego's passing game this season.
