Eagles tight-end Cornelius Ingram went down in Wednesday's practice with what was reported as a knee contusion.

Ingram went down hard after getting tangled up on a passing route. He stayed down for a moment, but walked off the field to the training room for examination.

It was a knee injury, more specifically a torn ACL, that kept Ingram out for his 2008 season as a senior at Florida.

Hopefully this injury is nothing serious and he can be ready to play soon.

Ingram is an imposing tight end that should play well for his team and give another weapon to Donovan McNabb.

Keep an eye on this development as it could mean a bigger opportunity for Eugene Bright or Matt Schobel.
