Robert Griffin: Recapping Griffin's Week 11 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor November 18, 2013

Griffin struggled with his completion percentage Sunday at Philadelphia, but still managed to throw for 264 yards, two touchdowns and a two-point conversion. Griffin finished 17-of-35 for the game, while also tossing an interception in the 24-16 defeat.
RG3 also carried the ball 10 times for 44 yards, including a two-point conversion. However, he is still looking for his first rushing touchdown of the season. Griffin has tossed at least two touchdown passes in five contests this season, but his lack of rushing stats has removed him from the upper tier of fantasy quarterbacks. Granted, most fantasy owners knew he would start the season slowly due to his recovery from a serious knee injury, but those who drafted him certainly hoped he would regain his elusiveness at some point. That has not materialized thus far. Griffin has been adequate with his arm, but his statistics have suffered during his sophomore campaign.
