Tampa Bay Buccaneers Have a Bright Future Without Greg Schiano

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have rattled off two straight wins after starting the season with eight consecutive losses. The past two games have shown that there is a lot of promise for this team in 2014.

The key to a turnaround next season is to follow the blueprint set out by the Kansas City Chiefs.

Step 1: Fire Greg Schiano. A new voice in the locker room combined with a talented roster will allow the Bucs to make serious waves in 2014.
